The boot door (12) has an internal support (26) including a frame fixed under the boot door for forming a panel support structure to receive front and rear removable rigid panels (4, 6) of a roof. The frame is held on a front side of the boot door by a pivot having a transverse axis (A). The frame is fixed on a rear side of the door by a lock (32) that maintains the frame attached below the door, where the frame is maintained at a position just below the door when the door is opened and the lock is unlocked.
