An electronic 'news-paper' is designed as a data carrier e.g. CD (6) where the data-carrier has a 'newspaper' text in the form of spoken (voice) information (4). The data-carrier (6) is specifically designed as an analog or digital medium, preferably as an audio-CD, as an audio-DVD or tape-cassette. An INDEPENDENT CLIAM is included for a method for making a 'news-paper' on a data-carrier.
