A hot water variation resistant sanitary material from thermoplastic of impact modifier content 0-15 wt.% relative to the rubber phase of the impact modifier made from PMMA molding material comprising, methyl methacrylate, 4 wt.% vinyl comonomer, of mean molecular weight 130,000 to 190, 000 g/mole, obtained by extrusion to give a slab-like semifinished material is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) plates of slabs obtained from the sanitary material; (2) a shower base obtained from the sanitary material; (3) a bath obtained from the sanitary material; (4) an artificial sunbed sky (sic) obtained from the sanitary material.
