The multi-leaf concrete wall has a watertight inner leaf (WI) separating a concrete core (BK) from an inner cavity (IR), and on the inner leaf side facing the concrete core at least one sensing device (SA) to record a measured value of a measurable variable characteristic for the local moisture degree of the concrete core. A measured value through the watertight inner leaf is determined on its side furthest from the concrete core. Electrical leads are guided through the inner leaf towards the room side and these may be metal pins. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a sensor module for installation of sensing device in the wall inner leaf, whereby a preformed concrete component acts as a support for the sensing device; and (b) a procedure for the localizing of a water entry point along a multi-leaf wall.
