There is a board for each foot, with a hinge (15) between the short toe portion (1) and a longer portion (2) for the ball of the foot, the sole and the heel. A rubber pad (18) on each board fits against the sole of the foot. There are fulcrum hinges (4) under the ball of each foot allowing tilting of the board. There are two interconnected hydraulic cylinders (5) for each board interconnected by a line with a control valve and a manometer and standing on a baseplate (3). There is a stop (8) for the toe portion and outriggers (12,13,17) attached to the corners of the baseplate.
