The trainer has a lifting plate (2) raised and lowered by an external energy and moving toes and foot of a driver against calf bone. The plate is connected to a base plate (1) via a hinge. A switch is installed under heel to switch on and off the movement of plate (2). The height of the plate (2) can be adjusted by limiting the path of a pull rod in a drive mechanism (5) using adjusting screws, where the mechanism is small in size.
