At least one part of the component is enclosed by a cover (6) which is movable in the direction towards the dispensing opening in such a way that its then protruding edge imparts to the hollow component a standing stability when the dispending opening is orientated downwards. The cover is flexurally rigid and installed with increased friction relative to the hollow component.
