Production of round bearings having a hollow outer bushing (i), a hollow bearing element (ii) and a hollow inner bushing (iii) comprises pre-mounting the outer bushing in an object and pressing the bearing element and the hollow inner bushing into the pre-mounted outer bushing. An Independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle or heavy goods vehicle comprising round bearings produced by the above process. Preferred Features: The hollow inner bushing is first positioned in the hollow space of the hollow bearing element and then the hollow bearing element is pressed into the outer bushing. The hollow bearing element consists of cellular polyisocyanate-polyaddition products.
