The door hinge has inner and outer parts (1,2) with fixings. The inner door hinge part (2) is mounted between two bearing sections (1a) which are disposed on the outer hinge part. Each bearing section has an internally threaded sleeve (1b) and externally threaded bearing part (3) screwed therein whereby the inner hinge part can be tensioned between the two bearing parts. Independent claim describes method for manufacturing inner or outer hinge part by rolling the sleeves from a pre-formed sheet metal plate and then welding each sleeve so that it cannot roll up unintentionally and then cutting an inner thread in each sleeve.
