The hinge has an inner hinge part connected with a fastening unit (4) and including a bearing section (5) provided with a front-sided recess. A sliding element (6) is arranged in the recess and is supported at a semispherical base wall of the recess in an axial direction. The sliding element includes a recess at a side facing the base wall. A part inserted in a bearing section (2) of an outer hinge part or an axial projection connected with the outer hinge part or integrally formed with the outer hinge part is engaged in the recess of the sliding element. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a door hinge.
