The probability of accident of car is determined in dependence on location signal (100) generated by car location implement, supported by satellite. The signal determines car location and car data (omegaz,omegax,ax,ay,az).Preferably car acceleration (ax,ay,az), its velocity and/or slip angle and/or one or more ESP signal are used as car data. A signal of additional sensor (105), e.g. rain sensor, may be used. Independent claims are included for implement for determining probability of car accident.
