The dynamic path guidance system guides a person towards a target according to personal preferences and/or according to conditions and/or according to information supplied by an administrator. The system includes an information system in the form of a miniature personal computer with a touchscreen display. The guidance system is placed near to a guidance path and permits selection of a condition. Users may carry RFID chips to aid in their identification and location.
