Deposit marking cancellation methods for application to single-use drinks cans, whereby the original deposit label is covered, removed, made illedgible or an additional marking is attached to indicate the deposit has been paid

Independent claims are made for the following methods of cancelling deposit markings on drinks cans:- (a) the deposit marking is removed from the can; (b) the deposit marking is made illegible; (c) a label or marking is attached to the can indicating that a deposit has been paid and; (d) the orignial desposit label is covered. INDPEPENDENT CLAIMS are also made for can deposit markings.
