The shaker includes a head (6) and a guide (5) which are dimensioned to be inserted within the interior of a feeding bottle (1). The head and the guide are maintained within the interior of the feeding bottle by fastening a handle (4) to the top edge of the feeding bottle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a head; (b) a guide; and (c) a handle.
