Tie rods (8) are connected at one end with a head end plate (9) and a baseplate (10) at the other end. During a high-pressure interior reforming process, upper and lower stencil halves (3,4) approach each other to form a gap between the motherboard (11) of the upper stencil half (3) and the head end plate into which the hinge of a handling device (22) is placed to support a hydraulic cylinder. The hinge acts to support the stencil halves during the reforming process.
