The plate valve of a hydraulic oscillation damper has a valve disc (1) constructed in at least two sections, whereby one section is formed as a guide spring disc (2) which is co-axially encompassed by a spacing spring disc (3). The guide spring disc and spacing spring disc have different material thicknesses. At least one additional valve disc is installed between the outlet mouths (4) of the valves and guide spring disc. The valve discs are also constructed as spring discs.
