The device has a spiral shaft (1) with peripheral spiral grooves (2) for injecting fuel from an injection unit into a combustion chamber. The fuel flow is converted to a turbulent flow in the grooves. A spiral tube (3) enclosing the spiral shaft has external spiral grooves (4) in which air is converted to turbulent flow for injecting the air into the chamber with the fuel. A base body (5) couples the spiral shaft and tube to the injection unit.
