The offer display has offer variable windows which consists of bar graphs of offer price axis plotted against offer variable axis. Each bar represents offer price, offer value, quantity indicator. The markers of each windows are inter- linked and are operable by user to visually mark a particular price. In response to movement of one marker, the other markers move relatively to mark particular offer price within other windows. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) sales offer display method; and (2) sales offer display program.
