A mold of styrene foam is dissolved in a dissolving unit (1) using an organic solvent which is sprayed through a nozzle. A condensing unit (13) condenses the solvent gas generated, during supplying the solvent. The styrene resin solution (15) is supplied to the evaporator comprising stirring blade connected to the resin emission screw. The resin and solvent gas is separated in evaporator. The solvent gas is liquefied in condenser and supplied to the unit (1). A styrene foam mold is dissolved using an organic solvent in the dissolving unit (1). The styrene resin solution is supplied on the conveyance belt. A heater and a cooler are arranged on the conveyance path of the conveyance belt, so that the solution is heated and resin film is formed on the belt. The solvent gas separated from the solution is cooled and supplied to the unit (1).
