The device is based on a tetrad with four rotatable corners, each with three small lamps (1-10), thus a total of twelve lamps, that can be switched on and off by turning a corner through 120 degrees. All lamps are illuminated following a suitable sequence of rotations of the corners on the basis of switching logic.
