The device has a base frame (100), an upper chamber unit (210), a lower chamber unit (220) mounted on the base frame and for selective connection to the upper chamber unit, an upper chamber adjustment unit, upper (230) and lower (240) panels on the upper and lower chamber units, a sealing device on a surface of one chamber unit, a first alignment device for leveling the upper panel relative to the lower panel and a second alignment device for horizontal alignment of the upper panel relative to the lower one.
