A tag marking system for a programme magazine, e.g. a television and radio programme, has coloured and marked tags (1b) with a self adhesive section (1a) which is applied to the edge of a selected sheet after removing the backing tap from the adhesive. The tags can be pre printed with day and date and typically have a length of 40 mm. and a height of 20 mm.
