A screw bolt (20) can be passed through a hole (34) in an eyelet (33) on the outer side (32) of a washer (30). This outer side can lie in flat contact with the inside wall of the central opening (11) in the main body (10) of the clamp, forming a round surface to prevent stress concentration when the clamp is secured in place. The main body of the clamp has a clamping region (14) on one side with two threaded holes (16) on either side of a gap (15) for a screw bolt to be passed through.
