A wheel has a steering mechanism and forms part of a physical training device. The steering mechanism is a combination of two symmetrical outer bushes. The inner part of the bush has a circular bowl surface at center. Two curved dishes extend from the central bowl. The outer bush has a number of L-shaped bars. A fixing axle with symmetrical projections is inserted between the two outer bushes. An O-shaped spring pin is inserted in outer bush round bowl, allowing the spring to impinge on the projection.
