The multi-plane board (10), for use in furniture, has an upper (12) and a lower (14) board forming a hollow space (18) between them. The structure is stiffened by hollow profile bars (16) in the space between the upper and lower levels. The upper and lower boards are at least partially in a DIBOND (RTM) multi-ply structure. Drillings (20) in the upper board penetrate into the profile bars.
