Process for cleaning the inside of a cooker with a cleaning fluid during cleaning cycle(s), comprises preparing the cleaning fluid in 2 or 3 different stages from detergent(s) (I), rinse aid (II) and descaling agent (III), at least one of which is a solid soluble in a liquid, in the form of a pressed tab of (I), (II) and/or (III) or multiphase tab. Process for cleaning the inside of a cooker with a cleaning fluid during cleaning cycle(s), comprises preparing the cleaning fluid in 2 or 3 different stages from detergent(s) (I), rinse aid (II) and descaling agent (III), at least one of which is a solid soluble in a liquid, in the form of a pressed tab of (I), (II) and/or (III) or multiphase tab. The stages use: (a) (1) (I), (2) (II), (3) (III); (b) (1) (I), (2) (II) and/or (III); (c) (1) (I) and (III), (2) (I), (3) (II); (d) (1) (I) and (III), (2) (II). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Kit comprising (I), (II) and/or (III), each as liquid-soluble tab; (2) Multiphase tab comprising liquid-soluble (I), (II) and/or (III); (3) Cooker for heating goods to be cooked, with interior space(s) and a heater, which has a gun (especially with pretensioned spring and tube to interior) or pressure tube, that can be actuated from the outside or preprogrammed, for introducing the tab(s) and/or (I), (II) and/or (III) as gel, powder, granulate, sol, paste or liquid into the interior, preferably with mechanical distribution.
