On ultrasonic oscillation generator (1) with integrated oscillation head (2) is secured an annular and/or surface diaphragm (3) with inwards and/or outward directed depressions. The generator is located in a pot-shaped housing. The annular diaphragm is glued and/or screwed to edge of pot-shaped housing. The space between generator and housing is filled with cast, water-tight, elastic material. The diaphragm is annular and/or rectangular and/or square and/or of any other surface shape. It is of the same size and/or larger as the oscillation head.
