The nipple assembly has a ring (1) which can screw or be pressed onto the neck of a bottle. It has a male thread on the outside which can screw into a screw cap (3) with two apertures and a sealing ring (2). There is an upper sealing ring (4) with two apertures in it, engaging a rotatable off-center mouthpiece (5). The hinged lid (6) may fit over the mouthpiece.
