A dicing machine for cutting food into selected size even sided dice has the food pushed onto a rotating cutter (8) with the blade angled to push the cut slices through a square cutting grid. The back of each blade is fitted with a support brace which grips a slot (14, 14') and controls the setting of the cutting edge. The dicing size is selected by fitting different cutting grips (4) secured by two screw fasteners and with one edge of the grips secured onto the shaft of the cutter.
