A roller printing press for specialised prints, e.g. art prints, has the paper slid horizontally between lower and upper print rollers. The upper print roller (2) is mounted in a frame (3, 3a, 3b) which is pivot mounted (11) on the lower roller support frame (5, 5a, 5b) at one end of the press and with threaded adjusters (15, 16, 17, 18) between the two frames each side of the press. The adjusters are positioned near the level of the lower roller resulting in free headroom over the press. For weight saving at least one roller can be hollow.
