A group binder for folded paper sheets has a binding station (22), at least one folded sheet feed device (12-18) a collection chain (20) and a drive. Along the collection chain (20) is arranged at least one label dispenser ( not shown). The drive comprises of several discrete drive units of which at least one is assigned to the at least one label dispenser.
