The arrangement includes a clamp (6.1,6.2) connecting a carrier arm (4.1) with an actuation tube (2). The clamp consists of two pieces, of which one is fixed, e.g. by welding, to the carrier arm. The clamp pieces are provided at two opposite sites at the surface of the actuation tube and encompass the tube by an angle that is smaller than 180 degrees.
