The device (1) is designed in the shape of a suppository in order to touch the inner surface of the nostril (3) when inserted, achieving a first effect by simply blocking the affected area. Being heated by the body warmth the device is gradually melted and liquefied causing the greasy substance to create a film on the skin while simultaneously blood arresting and soothing ingredients are released from the device and transferred to the nasal mucosa (3).
