The sea water power plant uses especially sea water to produce energy, and by means of an extraction construction (1) and extraction tower made of concrete or reinforced concrete the whole structure is fixed on the seabed or mounted in the sea on metal or reinforced concrete piles. A steel pipe (3) from the extraction construction and extraction tower is laid on the sea bed and led to a water lock with a power house with turbines constructed onshore, and by a return pipe back into the sea.
