Piezoelectric-ceramic spring elements for an oscillating conveyor system including a springy carrier plate and a piezo ceramic plate useful for transport of small and large parts

Piezoelectric-ceramic spring elements (I) for oscillating conveyor system include: (i) piezo drive; (ii) oblong carrier plate made from springy material, having a layer of conductive material; and (iii) current conducting plate, conductive layer and current supply connected to one pole of an electricity source. The plate is a piezoelectric ceramic plate (PEC) and has current supply at the surface. Piezoelectric-ceramic spring elements (I) for an oscillating conveyor system includes: (i) a piezo drive; (ii) an oblong carrier plate made from a springy material, with at least one side having a layer of conductive material, while the plate under the coating is made from piezoelectric ceramic plate (PEC), with a current supply at the surface of the PEC plate turned away from the carrier plate, and (iii) current conducting plate, conductive layer and current supply connected to one pole of an electricity source. Application of Hooks law shows that the absolute value of the spring constant D is very large compared with the absolute value of the oscillation path. Independent claims are included for: (1) A composite (I) with at least two parallel identical (I), where the projections of the (I) are parallel to their normal (sic.); and (2) A process for preparation of (I) where an oblong carrier plate in springy material is coated at least on one side with an oblong piezoelectric-ceramic spring plate shorter than the carrier plate, which is coated at least on one side with a metal coating in such a way that the two ends of the carrier plate in the longitudinal direction project beyond the ends of the piezoelectric-ceramic spring plate in the longitudinal direction, so that at least the metal coating and the carrier plate are bonded together.
