A thermally activated internal wall is constructed of hollow blocks (3) with corresponding spaces on adjacent blocks. Some of the blocks have open profiles top and bottom and other have channel ducts (4) to take water pipes (1) The pipes are laid into the wall during assembly in a meandering pattern. The wall is completed by pouring concrete (6) to fill the voids and to create a thermal capacity. Hot or cold water is pumped through the pipes to create a heating or cooling effect. The blocks can be made of wood, wood compounds, clay, concrete of any other suitable material, and are laid without complexity.
