PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition for high frequencies having the relative dielectric constant as high as 40 to 60 and the Q value as high as ≥25,000 (at 1 GHz) in which the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency can be controlled to 0±30 (ppm/°C).;SOLUTION: The composition has the composition expressed by composition formula of yCaTiaO1+2a-(1-y)xCa{(MgzZn1-z)1/3Nb2/3}bO1+2b-(1-y)(1-x)Ca(Al1/2 Nb1/2)cO1+2c and has a perovskite crystal phase as the main crystal. In the formula, (x), (y), (z), (a), (b), (c) are in the ranges of (1-y)x≤0.340, 0x≤0.600, 0.380≤y≤0.570, 0≤z≤1.000, 0.980≤a≤1.050, 0.980≤b≤1.050 and 0.980≤c≤1.050, respectively and Nb is partially substituted with Ta.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
