Lung diseases screening by measurement of the human surface-active apoprotein d of the lung

摘要

A monoclonal antibody which specifically reacts with human lung surfactant apoprotein D has been successfully obtained. It has become possible to diagnose respiratory system diseases by specifically detecting or determining human lung surfactant apoprotein D with the use of the antibody.
