The invention relates to the field of orthopedic traumatology and comprises the setting of nails or pins into the bones without requiring Rx or image intensifier. The system comprises a) a body for fixing the configuration of rectangle parallelepiped with a series of upper voids and, at the lower part thereof, a tube which extends from both side faces; b) a rod called horizontal component with handle at one extremity and external thread at the second extremity and housed into the tube of the fixing body; c) a bar called perforated guide which is housed and fixed in any of these voids or cavities, with measuring arms at one end between which a perforation body ch) is fixed and comprises a pair of perforation orifices; d) graduated bar called base instrument fixed in one groove of one of the arms of the perforated guide; e) set of metal tubes called guides of bolts and drills to be housed in the orifices of the perforation body; f) set of preferably cylindrical nails with a pair of orifices close to the distal end thereof, and a pair of closer orifices towards the proximal end thereof, said latter end being provided with a longitudinal female thread and g) set of bolts which are cylindrical in the major part thereof, with one truncated extremity which is externaly threaded with the base to the outside.
