The invention concerns novel cosmetic compositions comprising in a cosmetically acceptable medium at least an anionic surfactant such as a carboxylic alkylpolyglycoside ester and at least a non-volatile and water insoluble liquid conditioning agent at a temperature not more than 30 DEG C.
