HOUSING INSTALLATION IN SEVERAL INDIVIDUAL ZONES IN A COMMON AREA AND A COMMON ZONE

The shared hospital room includes private spaces (3a, 3b) for individual patients and a shared toilet and bathroom (4). A track (12a,12b) of LEDs is formed in the floor of the common area in order to guide the patient from the individual area to the toilet and bathroom. The shared hospital room includes individual spaces (3a, 3b) for individual patients, including a bed (2a,2b), and a shared space (4) including a toilet and bathroom. The toilet and bathroom are separated from the patient areas by a door (5). Each patient's area includes a telephone (7a,7b) and a space sensor (8a,8b) detecting when that patient is in the space near to his/her bed. A track (12a,12b) is formed in the floor of the common area in order to guide the patient from the individual area to the toilet and bathroom. A separate track is provided for each patient, and may include a line of light emitting diodes embedded in the floor. The LED track is activated when the particular patient gets out of bed into his own particular private space.
