Microreactor (A) comprising an entry/feed channel; an entry/feed zone (1) for flow of fluid; a reaction zone (2); and exit zone (3) and an exit/evacuation channel, with all components connected. Microreactor (A) comprises an entry/feed channel, an entry/feed zone (1) for flow of fluid, a reaction zone (2), and exit zone (3) and an exit/evacuation channel, with all components connected. (1) includes a system for imposing on the fluid a constant flow rate to (a) distribute the fluid homogeneously over the entire cross-section of (2) and (b) increase the surface-to-volume ratio (X) as the fluid moves through (2), and (2) includes a system for providing the high value of (X). At least one compound that generates a biological or biochemical reaction with at least one constituent of the fluid is fixed to surfaces of (1), (2) and (3), and (3) includes a system for collecting fluid from (2), containing reaction product, for reducing (X) as the current flows from (2) to the exit channel, and for discharging the flow. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a set of 2-50 (A) formed on a substrate; (2) system, on a substrate, comprising at least one (A), fluid feed reservoir and receptacle for collecting fluid from the exit channel; (3) preparing (A); and (4) conducting a biochemical or biological reaction that uses (A).
