The suspension has a suspension arm (2) supporting an axle (1) clamped (9) to it and positioned on a seating (8). The seating has fixings to receive removable retainers for the seating to the arm. The arm has formations to position the seating with respect to the arm. The seating can have bores corresponding with those in the arm to receive clamping bolts.
