The treatment consists of a tape (1) inserted with the aid of a curved needle and sutures attached to its ends. The center of the tape has a sub-urethral support (2) and a reinforced plate (6) of a textile material that is easily colonized by fibroses. The plate is connected to the tape by ties or by having the tape passing through slits in the plate.
