The prosthesis includes rotatably coupled (3) proximal (1) and distal (2) parts, including a pivot (4) having two rotation arm portions (8,9) on either side of a neck (5) along an axis (10), and a chamber (20) at one end of the proximal part for receiving the pivot. The reception chamber is constituted by a central groove (22) adapted for receiving the neck and two lateral grooves (23,24) bordering the central groove for receiving respective arm portions. The three grooves are centred on the same axis (25).
