The device (1) is a pouch (4) defined by a wall containing an adsorbant (7). The wall has at least two regions: a first region (2) impermeable to water vapor and liquids, and a second region (3) permeable to water vapor and impermeable to liquids. The second region is made of a non-woven and/or untearable material, preferably based on high density polyethylene, in particular TYVEK. The first region is made of an extruded or coextruded laminate, preferably based on polyethylene. The adsorbant is a natural or synthetic zeolite, molecular sieve, micro or macro porous silica gel, clay or a mixture thereof. The second region is protected from the humid air by a pealable film. The pouch also contains an absorbant and/or a gelling agent. The device also includes a support for active substances selected from bactericides, deodorants, anti-rust agents, colored indicators to indicate the air humidity, or to visualize the degree of saturation of the adsorbant. The first region makes up more than 50% of the wall and the second region is in the form of a disk taking up less than 50% of the wall of the pouch. In particular, the adsorbant is a silica gel, the first region is made from polyethylene and the second region from TYVEK material. The surface of the second region is chosen to allow the adsorption of the humidity to be controlled.
