The equipment (1) comprises a pin (10) and a stop (11) able to be engaged on the pin part going past the fragment of the proximal bone (4) and comprises gripping means enabling it to grip the pin zone going past the proximal fragment. Each pin has a length such that it can be immobilized relative to the distal bone fragment (5), from the distal side of this fragment, whilst going past the proximal side and is in a flexible light material. Each stop comprises engagement means enabling its engagement in the bone (2) and its gripping support relative to this bone. The engagement means enable the stop to be inserted in the bone beyond the position in which it grips the pin so as to cause a slight bending of the pin in the bone and consequently a distraction of the fracture.
