Elimination of biofilm comprising the simultaneous or sequential steps of disposing of a solution comprising a protease and an oxidase or carbohydrase, disposing of a solution comprising a detergent with antibacterial properties and applying the solutions to the surface to be treated by washing or circulation, is new. Independent claims are included for: (a) a kit containing the solutions; and (b) a composition comprising the enzymatic mixture and the detergent.
