The intermediate composite component (1) consists of a porous textile support with a two-dimensional knitted structure containing at least one non-resorbable polymer yarn forming the edges (7) of the component, and a resorbable hydrophilic material (3) covering the textile support on at least one side, forming a protected zone (4) with unprotected zones (5, 6) on either side.
