The device has a supplying unit (14) to drive speed of a band while printing. A motor (4) participates in a printing mechanism and another motor unit (11, 12) is arranged inside a reserve chamber (5). The unit (14) is placed with a position detection unit (16) of an elastically mobile organ to hold the band under tension inside the chamber (5) against the unit (11, 12) and variable position. An Independent claim is also included for a procedure of dispensing the printed coupon.
